Ask for account or school help, report an error in a puzzle or source, describe a technical problem, or make a complaint to Tkintell Group.

Report a content problem
Name the puzzle category and term, quote the sentence you believe is wrong, and explain the correction. If possible, include a link to an authoritative source so the content can be checked efficiently.
Report a game problem
Say what you clicked, what you expected, what happened instead and whether refreshing changed it. A screenshot is helpful, but remove private information before sending it.
Billing support
For a subscription issue, include the email used for the World Word Search account and the date of the transaction. Do not send full card details or a Stripe secret key.
Safety
If a school or learner account may be at risk, stop using the affected session, sign out where possible and contact the operator. Schools should also follow their own safeguarding and incident procedures.
