Terms of use

Rules for using World Word Search

These terms apply to players, account holders and organisations using World Word Search. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.

01

Educational service

World Word Search is a learning and entertainment service. Discovery cards and quizzes support practice, but they are not a formal qualification, a diagnostic assessment, professional advice or a substitute for a teacher's judgement. Sources can change and factual errors should be reported.

02

Accounts

Provide accurate account information, keep access secure and use an age-appropriate, non-identifying username. Do not share passwords or organisation codes publicly. A parent, school or church must manage any permission or supervision required for a child account.

03

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the service, scrape or copy the content at scale, manipulate scores, upload unlawful or harmful images, misuse join codes, or use the service to identify, contact or profile children.

04

Schools and churches

An organisation decides whether the service is appropriate for its learners and remains responsible for safeguarding, account approval, devices, supervision, curriculum decisions and its own legal duties. Organisation codes do not prove that Tkintell Group has verified or endorsed the organisation or adult.

05

Subscriptions

Where Pro is offered, the displayed recurring price and billing period apply until cancellation. Checkout and billing are provided by Stripe. A subscriber can use the account's subscription-management link to cancel; access normally continues to the end of the paid billing period. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

06

Content and links

The interface, original text and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Linked articles, official sources and Bible text remain subject to their own terms or licences. External links are provided for learning and do not mean every external statement is endorsed.

07

Availability and responsibility

Reasonable care is taken to operate the service and investigate reported problems, but uninterrupted availability and error-free content cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply where you live.

08

Contact and updates

Questions or complaints can be sent to tkintell@gmail.com or 07446 536899. These terms are dated 20 August 2026 and may be updated when the service changes.
